ok so another 09 bride fm'd me about our church and wanted to know who opens the doors as your about to be escorted down the aisle.
I thought it was the limo driver. I dont have a DOC and asked some of my friends via email and havent heard back.
Can anyone shed some light? THanks!

the church usually has someone assigned to get everyone together
limo driver if the church doesnt provide
you could also have an aunt/cousin

I believe the limo driver does this, as they also roll down the aisle runner, and they also make sure your dress and train is properly fixed before you walk down the aisle!

LOL i was just telling her my sister had no one (she didnt get a limo) and walked into the wrong song! I had to straighten out her dress before she walked in so I looked like a schmuck running around and then back through the doors lolol

for all the weddings I was in the Limo drivers always took care of that.

I just emailed my limo people and they called me back.
They said if there is no one available to help you with the doors at the church, our limo drivers will open the door.
So I guess either or!

We used Camelot and the limo driver lined up my bridal party, put the isle runner down, sent my whole bridal party down... closed the doors and then opened them and sent me down the isle..... I LOVE CAMELOT!!!! They are awesome!!!!!

the church 'sexton' aka assistant who was there at the rehearsal did it while the limo driver fixed my veil to lay perfect-- my limo driver was Joe from Camelot, he would have done both if he had 4 arms

The church did not have an assistant and I only had ONE limo driver and like I said, my limo driver from Camelot did it ALL!!!! Absolutely amazingggg!!!
