Should the bride offer to pay or are the parents of the flower girl usually expected to pay for it?
Same with tuxes for the ring boys.. who usually pays?

Re: Who Pays?...
my little cousin was the flower girl at our wedding and my aunt (her mom) paid~ i think if it's in your budget and you want to pay, then you can pay. but it's definitely not wrong for the flower girl's family to pay

Re: Who Pays?...
It is expected for the parent of the flower girl and ring bearer to pay.
If you can afford it and want to do it that is fine.

I paid. If you will have the parents pay then you have to consider their budgets (obviously)....lots of girls rave about Burlington Coat factory- after Easter I'm sure there will be steals!

It's up to you and your budget. My FG and RB's parents paid for them.

Re: Who Pays?...
Traditionally, the parents of the FG pay for her dress. In my case however, my mom wants to pay for the FG's dress. My FG is my best friend's daughter, and my mom is just so excited to have this little girl around since there are only little boys in the family. My sister has 2 sons, and it's going to be a while before I have children, so my mom treats this little girl like her granddaughter

Re: Who Pays?...
FG's parents paid for my 3 FG's.. but I intentially chose $50 dresses, not the more expensive ones (I've seen some $150-200 each )

Re: Who Pays?...
I had two flower girls, I paid for one because her mom is a single mom and is really struggle financially. So I paid, but I think it can go both ways. Do what you feel is right.

Re: Who Pays?...
I want to pay for the FG dress because her mother is my Matron of Honor (she is my godsister) and I am already putting her through the expense of a pretty pricy dress. Not to mention I am thinking of asking her son to be the ring bearer, in which case I would pay for his suit, too.
Do whatever you feel is right... it depends on your relationship with the FG's parents and their / your financial situation etc.

Re: Who Pays?...
its expected that the parents will, but I am paying for mine as her gift because her mom (my best friend) is also a bm & i thought it would help them more than buying her a gift. (she'll be 3) although at rehearsal i will be giving her a giftbag with a tiara to wear the day of, coloring books & crayons...or maybe a bride barbie? not sure yet.
