It is customarily the responsibility of everyone in the bridal party to pay for their own attire for the wedding. In the case of FG and RB, their parents are responsible.
The bride/groom can pay for their attire if they so desire - as a gift, etc., but in no way should it be expected that the bride/groom will be paying for said outfits.

FG parents. Although I have seen brides that have paid for them also.
