my brother & SIL are paying for there daughters dresses.
initially my mom was going to pay but unforeseen circumstances prevented that from happening.

Since FG is my uncles little girl, my mom gifted it to her. Normally, however the parents are supposed to pay for it.

I have two FG's, they are the daughters of the best man and bridesmaid...I felt like it was already a lot so I am buying the two dresses
I'm doing the same for the 2 RB's as well as the situation is similar

Typically speaking her parents do. But I think it depends on your relationship?
I fully intend to offer but I doubt my brothers will let me!

You dont have to pay for any of your girl's dresses - including flower girl. Usually her mother or close relative pays for it!
