We sort of both did at the same time. Evan was being really mushy and said,'I know a word that starts with L and ends with E' and I said, ' It has and O & V in the middle' I guess technically it was him and we were dating about 2 months

I did, after a few too many drinks after my best friend's wedding - it was funny because we had a $500 bet who would say it first and i swore i wouldnt - oh well, i lost but i didnt pay him!!! LOL

he did, like two days after we started dating. he said it, but i wasn't sure if i heard him right so i kinda just ignored it at first (cuz i'd feel stupid if i said 'i love you too' and he had said something completely different), then he said it again and i was like 'really?!' then said it back to him. =0)
it may seem kinda fast, but we had been best friends for a while and 'pseudo-dating' (like everything but the kissing and the title) for like 6 months already. we were just too stupid to tell each other and make it offical. =0P
