I think wedding planning is fun! You definitely need to take things in stride and plan at your own pace. I would definitely be lost without this site though!!!!!!

I think the idea of wedding planning can be fun if you KNOW exactly what you want, but I am so indecisive about everything. Between two halls, the amount of people I want. I just think this process is so overated, my moment will be walking hand in hand with my husband on our honeymoon. Two aspects of my wedding I can't wait for, the ceremony of our marriage and our honeymoon, all else can burn away =)

It can be fun...but you have to prioritize! I was completely overwhelmed when I first started, but then I realized I was just all over the place with my ideas. Work on one thing at a time, and then you may begin to really enjoy it! And I'm totally an indecisive person, so having to make one decision and stick with it makes me panic a bit, but you just have to go with your gut! ![]()

Thank you =)) I think I am doing pretty good. I made a guest list, picked out two halls to choose between. Made a list of all the vendors that I would want. Contacted the church. My goal for August is to have booked the church, RH and put a deposit on my dress.
I just wish I had a fairy godmother =)

Thank you =)) I think I am doing pretty good. I made a guest list, picked out two halls to choose between. Made a list of all the vendors that I would want. Contacted the church. My goal for August is to have booked the church, RH and put a deposit on my dress.

My wedding is 2 weeks before yours and all I have done is the church is booked and so is my reception hall. I'm hoping to have some more checks by the end of summer, but I think you are doing great time wise.

Definitely!! I will probably book my photographer next and possibly my room block, only because we will have so many OOT guests! HTH!
