Who sets up the final vendor meetings????????????/
They all said 'we'll call to set up the final meetings' But do I trust that??? Did you girls call them first or did you wait for them to call you...
How long before the wedding were they set up???

Our RH sent a letter We called the DJ, but they said they would call back soon to set it up and they did Photog - had final meeting over the phone

i think most vendors will call you, but i called them just because i'm a control freak i met with my florist about 3 weeks before the wedding if i recall correctly and with my RH the week of the wedding to finalize everything and drop of final payment. limos, photo and video i just confirmed everything over email and phone.

our RH called us, other than that, we arranged the final meetins w/ the rest of the vendors.

they call you...our Rh sent a letter and called us to set up a final meeting and so did other vendors. Dont worry about it, trust me they'll make sure they call for final payments lol and to get all the info.
they do it just a few weeks before the wedding, some even 2 weeks before.

the only one who sent me a letter was RH. I called everyone else between 6-8 weeks before to set up apts that would be good for me ..

none of mine called me, I called all of them at my 5 week mark
