Who sets up the reception hall?

Ok, this might be a stupid question, but will the reception hall set up the favors, placecards, etc?

Mine will.
I assume that most take care of this.

The staff usually does.
The florist does the centerpiecs & any other decorations they are provoding.

Anythig you provide, like place cards, cake server, toasting flutes, favors, you drop off with the hall, usually when you make your final payment ( mine is the week before) & the staff will set it up for you.

If you have a very specific vision for HOW things need to be set up, (the arrangement of favors on the table, etc.) I would include a diagram or written instructions.

I e-mailed my hall and they said they do it...but I am either doing a diagram of sorts or a spreedsheet of what , where and how..because I have a lot of stuff from CP's to Place crads that I made myself and I'm afraid they will 'forget' or not know exactly what I want...at first I felt weird doing that, till I realized how many THOUSANDS of dollars Im paying for their room...LOL!

I used to work at Crest Hollow, the staff will do whatever you need them to. Any little last minute details you can tell to your maitre'd who will be at your beck and call, and so will your bridal attendant.

since my mom made the centerpieces, she will be setting them up - everything else will be taken care of by the staff...
