Who Should the Bridal Party Match?- Help Please!

We are having 1 flower girl and 2 ringboys
2 best men and 2 MOH

Is the flower girl supposed to match (colorwise etc) with the bride or the bridal party? I want her dress to be white but i am not sure if the accents should match my dress (champagne) or the MOH's dresses (color as of yet undecided!)

What about the ring boy? Does he match the groom or the Best Men?

Do the best men have to have the same type of tuxedo as the groom? I know the color of the vest/tie should be a different color than the groom but what about the number of buttons on the tux /type of lapel etc.. does it have to be the same as the grooms?

Also do the fathers have to match the bridal party with their tuxes?

my moh is pale pink, silver shoes
bms raspberry silver shoes
fg pale pink dress with raspberry sash
girls will all have pink, raspberry & violet bouquets

fh black tux, white vest & tie, raspberry boutoneirre
gm will be black tux silver vest & tie, raspberry boutoneirre

my dad is going to pick something to match my mom...i worked at a tux store for 7 yrs, usually dad's picked their own tux & vest & tie...groom & groomsmen usually in same tux, groom wore lighter vest & tie, but you can do as you like!

if you fg is matching you, rb should match groom
