I am helping as far as who and providing addresses for my shower. This may be a stupid question, but I don't have to invite every girl to the shower do I? Like as far as one of FH's friends wife that lives in another state and will say no anyway? Or a new girlfriend of one of his friends that doesn't know anyone?? I feel bad but can I just make it a shower of about 40 people? Will people get offended? I honestly remember going to weddings that I wasn't invited to the shower.

its usually close friends and family...so anybody you are inviting to the wedding that you are close to or close family of fh. Some of the wives and gf's of fh's friends do get invited but stick to those you know well and are close to

You invite all the women in your family and FH's family and your friends. You do not have to invite any of the wives/girl friend's of FH's friends.

I only invited about 35 people to mine! I didn't want to invite people I wasn't close with who aren't going to know anyone anyway!
