Heres a thread with some great suggestions on it. I think someone even broke it down by how much and to who.

Also, I've asked a bunch of my married friends this, and they said if its the owner they didn't feel obligated to tip, but instead tipped their assistant. And some tipped the owner just bc they were happy with their service. You're call. :) But I'd def tip the photog and videographer, and the dj too if you're happy with them. My FH tipped our photographer pretty well and he gave us back our engagement pics within 4wks rather than 6. So sometimes it helps make them go that extra mile for you.We had to set aside some money just for tips alone, since we didn't realize it would be so many people involved until we broke it down.

i agree with the above- definitely tip the photogs and videographer! they are a vendor who you will have to work with even after your wedding, so you want to make sure you tip well so that your photos, albums, and edited video are done well lolI have tip envelopes set aside for hair (20% of all girls getting hair done), makeup (same as hair), church organist and singer ($20 each), DJ ($75), MC ($100- he is also the singer/pianst at cocktail hour), cocktail hour bass player($40), photogs ($100 each), videographer ($100), photobooth attendant ($75), limo driver ($75- i think $100 is the standard, but he's not driving us far at all), shuttle driver (two envelopes: my friend will give him $20 at drop off, and I have the other $20 for the end of the night. I'm not sure if it will be the same person or not), maitre de ($3pp. Typically, $4 is a good amount, but we have such a large guest list that I decided to do $3) florist for delivery($20), and bridal attendant ($100).. Whenever I can, I throw some cash into the envelopes so that it's done gradually rather than doing it all at once
