Ok, I love both my parents, but I have no idea of who I want to walk down the aisle with!! My 1 friend walked with her dad, my other with both! My parents are still married and I don't know what to do. If I walk with just my dad, like I kinda want to, who walks my mom down? I would say my brother, but he is in the BP. Plus I don't want to hurt my mom's feelings..PLEASE HELP!!!

one of the groomsen escorts your mom to her seat.
i have a son from a previous marriage, who is named after my dad. i had my two TOMS walk me down the aisle.
my mom was escorted to her seat by one of the groomsmen.
remember, the moh walks by herself... maybe the best man can escort your mom.

I am walking the majority of the aisle with just my dad... then my mom is joining us at the last third pew, which is offset from the others to bring me up to my FH with him, so they both can give me away. This way, he gets his 'dad' honor, but they both give me away. They both deserve the honor, to me, but I want him to have that 'walk of pride'.

That is a great question and whatever you choose will be beautiful. I am walking with my mom (my dad has passed so he isn't an option).

Does your mother have a brother or does your father have a brother that can walk your mom down? I always imagined my father walking me down until the topic was brought up a few weeks back and my dad said, do you want mom to walk you down as well? Have you brought up the topic? See what they say? Some dad's like the tradition and mom's are usually okay with it.

I dont see why not do both or like someone said have her towards the end of the aisle and have her give you away w, your dad... I think im doing both since my parents are divorced, but they get along great so that helps..

What if I had my brother walk her down and then he snuck back around and then he could still walk down with the bridal party? My mom has 3 brothers but they are asses!! DO NOT GET ALONG
