Who used Excel to address their envelopes? (Dummy question)

Mail merge the Excel list onto a Word document set up for the type of envelope you have.

Oh thanks - LOL - but I actually am having the invitation people do the actual printing out onto the envelopes.

I simply don't know how to use Excel - I know I have to use the 'Address' function - but don't know how.

how about you fm with a direct question...its a couple of steps to do this

you can also use word....

sorry! i was unclear. I don't know how to use the address function (or any function for that matter). I know I type in =ADDRESS and then something in paranthesis, but that's all i know.
