I'm using Pedestals. Jay from Pedestals is really great. My budget didn't allow for the 'high' centerpieces so we decided to go with a low one since it's a day wedding anyway. Given our budget, I really expected when I went in to see a sample something very small and simple. How Jay worked ALL THOSE FLOWERS into what I could afford I don't know, but it was big and absolutely beautiful. Pedestals is great.
