We both answer it, depending on who the call is for.
We always check caller ID and then hand the phone to each other.

Depends on the ring:
1 ring: whoever is closest to the phone or depends on who shows up on the caller ID
2 rings: neither one of us, b/c we know it's a telemarketer
3 rings: FH only. That's his work number.
