If not together RB goes first...I'm pretty sure FG should go right before bride so the flowers are just for you...

I don't know if their is a right way or wrong way with the FG and MOH order, I have seen it done both ways (FG then MOH, or MOH then FG). I think that is your preference. But I think that the RB should go before the FG if they are not walking down together.

ETA: Flowergirl is the 'last' to go before the bride b/c she puts down the petals and the bride 'should' be the only one to walk on them.

I have mostly seen it done where the FG goes right b/4 the bride...I have only seen it where the FG goes b/4 the MOH twice

our rb and fg walked together...FG threw petals and only I (the bride) should walk on them

Traditionally ring bearer. I had them walk together in case she freaked out. She is only three and I wanted to make her comfortable by having her older cousin walk with her. It came out GREAT in pictures.
