Who wants to call and B*tch out the bridal store!!! (VENT)

Again we are having problem with these freaking BM dresses.

1. The dresses were supposed to come in a month ago. They never returned phone calls, etc.

2. I never received a call that the dress came in. My MOH received the call about hers, and asked if another one came i and they said 'Oh yeah, it's here' They still havn't called me about the dress.

3. My MOH was going to go last night and pick them up. When she called they said they would be open until 8pm. She got there at 7 and they were closed.

So, I am losing my voice, but I am going to go to the store tonight, and will REALLY lose my voice if they are closed.

wow! sorry youre getting so stressed out over this, its so ridiculous, why wouldnt they call? so simple!! hope you get this straightened out and get the dresses!!

I'm having a very similar situation. People are so unprofessional and such assssholess!!!! Where did u order from??

We ordered from the Bridal Shop in Mamaroneck. They are going to get such a BAD review for their unprofessionalism and horrible customer service.

I hope I don't get in trouble for writing this, but I would not want any bride to go there and suffer the same problem.

Ughhh I know what u mean! My place is definitly getting a well deserved F! I ordered from kellys kreation in brooklyn. Its horrible. I don't understand... I have to call and harass her a little later. Wish me luck!!
