Who wants to elope!!!!

We are going super budget here and I'm still freaking out, and it's so hard to wait I really just want to be married lol! Also it doesn't help that no one on either side of the family or our bp seems nearly as excited as many of the families and bp's thayt I read about on here.! AHHHHHH, I guess I'm just in a rut! Anyone else contemplate this?

i can relate a bit. i am just not a planner at all. i hate it hate it. the whole idea just drives me to want to hide under my bed. for that reason, i wanted to just go away, just our parents and a few of closest family and friends and tie the knot.

I just hate being broke...having no life, and always stressing out... I want it to be over but at some points I wish I had more DIY crafts. LOL

We were supposed to be 20 people in disney world and now were a regular wedding!

We thought about eloping for awhile too because our families were not really excited and just like whatever about us getting married ...but we decide to have the wedding for ourselves so we can have memories since my FH always knew i really wanted the whole wedding experience.

I know i just wanted to go to vegas last summer with a handful of people and now we have a guest list of 170 ug!

I would love to elope but I think later on I would regret not having all of our families there.....esp since FH's grandma is older and has been looking foward to this wedding for years. I cant imagine not having her there to see it

My immediate family is really looking forward to the wedding. But I'm from the west coast and nobody else is coming out really... it's not what I pictured as a girl.

I just don't see the point of a whole big thing when my family isn't even going to be there... but FH really wants a big wedding... and to be honest I feel like I'd regret not having one.

I do just want to be married already... I get butterflies in my stomach thinking about having kids though -- or even that I'm near that point in my life.

I want to elope every time we update our wedding expense report. I can't believe we're dishing sooo much mula for this wedding.

fh as a joke keeps saying 'lets just elope, its soo much easier instead of all this crazyness wedding planning and all this $$$$$$ we have put into this wedding already'.. but no way, not only would my mom and dad kill me and cry if i came home eloped, but its something i dont think id ever want to do! ive always dreamed of having a wedding, one that i can do and afford! :) we are lucky to be getting a lot of help between my parents and fh parents, i wont lie! but we are also paying for some stuff ourselves.. we prolly wouldnt be able to have the wedding we are having if we were paying for it all on our own, so i know what you mean and going thru.. i am sure everything will work out hun and work for the best! remember one thing.. no matter what kind of wedding you throw, it will be your day and it will be AMAZING!

I can totally relate--- I am so not a planner and I have been doing it little by little... nothing crazy because I really don't want to stress over it. I have to say that I am luck to have a FH who happens to agree with the decisions being made- it really helps being on the same wavelength!!
