Who wants to help me WRITE A CONTRACT

Who wants to help me WRITE A CONTRACT

I'm working with my friend's friend who does video on the side and he asked me to write all the details out - what I'm looking for, etc. He already agreed to the pricing which is a friend discount but I want to make sure there is something in writing.

Payment won't be due until after the video is delivered. Do you think I should require at least a deposit to make sure he shows up?
