who wants to reccomend a whole lotta vendors for me??????
we will finally be back on LI for the week after christmas........ we need to set up a whole lot of vendor meetings i'm soooooooo not looking foward to this
can anyone reccomend some good vendors we should DEFFINETLY check out.
we still need everything but RH at this point and flowers(unless you know a really good wholesale place) we have a few in mind we are looking to meet with , but we could meet with more to have more options
this not living on LI for 3 years really has thrown for a loop.

Imagine Studios- photography Long Island Sound DJ I am using Burton's for flowers...but you have someone in mind you said! Do you need an officiant? What do you need?

def try burtons for flowers, camelot for limos, FM entertainment, dj For photo and video im using fullview studios which is also a vendor on here, its more of a traditional approach with photojournalism, im not sure what ur taste is. they have a website with lots of great samples tho.

i'm doing my own flowers but if anyone knows of a really cheap place to get the flowers i'd love to check them out
i think we have a officiant(either using FH;s cousin or just use the watermill's person)
i think thats about it or am i missing anything

Photo I am using North Island Photography, but also looked at Visual Concepts and Spelman Studios, both were really good.
Video - Wild Rose is phenomenal, and I am really picky about video work being that I went to film school and all. Also Wedding Cinema, I used to do work for the owner Pete, he is great.
Limos we just did. Try:
Mark of Elegance NY Style Limos
my father was impressed with both of these places. We are using NY Style for our limos and Mark of Elegance for the bus.
my dad also liked All Star Limos

Duet - photography (my e-pics are in my album) I am working with Nick, he is amazing!! Duet did both of my friends weddings and the pictures were fabulous. They are also doing my video. Starlight Express - Dj Flower Michele - if you go to see them meet with john, he is great and will give you exactly what you want. Royalty Limos - They have pretty good prices and really nice limos.

What are you looking for in a photographer? We were looking to meet with the person who would be taking our photos, we wanted personal attention, and photos are so important to me - look at dan wagner in huntington. He is awesome!! We are on his blog...
We are also using FUSION DL. We did not want just a DJ and really couldnt afford a band. They are a good inbetween. They have a DJ with live musicians. It is pretty cool actually.
We are also using Lovin Ovin Floral Designs in Sayville. I checked out a million - if you are on a tight budget make sure to look at Burtons in Melville. Girls always seem happy with them. I went to them too but when I went to Lovin Oven Florists Melissa had a ton of ideas that I really needed so we went with them. I think they are reasonable too. Here is our CP for $85.

Thomas Paul *** If you don't want to do flowers yourself try Stop and Shop in Miller Place. I am getting my flowers there the only thing is someone has to pick them up the day of...Doris (the manager) does great work! I am getting: 1 Groom Boutt, 4 GM boutt, 2 MOH bo-k's, 2 BM bo-k's, 1 Grandfather boutt, 3 Grandmother corsages, 1 MOB and 1 MOG 3 flower bo-k(tussey mussy for lack of a better word) and I think that's it all for $300..oh and they're all roses. It wouldn't hurt to check it out!
