Who wants to see my Indian bridal lehnga?????

Sorry the pics are grainy; they were taken on a Blackberry because I didn't know that I was going to be seeing my 'other dress' for the first time yesterday, so I didn't bring my camera. But you can get the idea - here's pics of me with the veil and without!

Love it Kris, are you going to get all the crazy Indian jewelry also?

Yes...along with a sari for the second reception. His mom brought back two sets of jewelry from Bangladesh, one to go with the lehnga and one to go with the sari. They're gorgeous!

Oh, and she got a little bent out of shape when I said that the lehnga will look great in pictures when I'm on the dance floor. Whatever.

It will look awesome. Indian FMIL's get bent out of shape for anything.

Did you try on the earrings from the sets; my FMIL gave me a jewelry set and the earrings were like screws to put into my ears; I had to wear heavy earrings to weigh done my ears so they could fit, but my ears still got all red from having to force the earrings in.

Ain't that the truth. She was mad that yesterday Neel and I left a family gathering - that started 2 hours late! - because we, um...wanted to fking spend Valentine's Day night together.

I didn't try on the earrings, but the posts were a regular size...not huge or anything. I remember that for sure because I was picking them up and looking at them. They're definitely heavy though!
