I am bored out of my mind and had this picture saved to my desktop. The pit is mine, Dutchess is her name, and the english retriever (like a golden but whiter) is our friends' dog, Brode. Dutchess gets along with NO DOGS except this one, who happens to live in BURLINGTON, VT! About the furthest north you can get :) Anyhow, Brode's papa was staying with us this weekend and broght Brode as a surprise. They had a kicka$$ time, running all over the backyard and having a ball.
My gma had a pit - he was the sweetest dog ever. When he wagged his tail his whole body wiggled....

That is what Dutchess does. Her tail goes and her whole back end swings from side to side. When she is happy she doesn't smile liker her friend Brode - wish she did! - but she can't stay still!

Thanks! Dutchess is only 55lbs, but Brode is double that. They call him the polar bear! He can totally knock you down (well, Dutchess can too.)
