Who watched the convention????

How many more personal attacks can they throw out there?????

I feel bad for Kerry, they keep calling him a flip flop but if you know anything about politics you know that after a bill is put down by the house, it's often reformed to fit the senators demands, then they vote yes for it....hence the no then yes voting....

I just think it should be more about what you plan to do or improve in office..not what makes the other candidate a bad one!

All the Dems did at their convention was bash the hell out of Bush and his stance on the war.

This is just called payback. I don't think Bush will get as aggressive as Cheney did. Cheney is more or less doing 'the dirty work'.

I don't think any politicians are surprised that Kerry's record was criticized. That's what politicians do, especially at political conventions. There has not been a US Senator elected to President since John F. Kennedy and most people think that is because senators' records are very susceptible to scrutiny. Obviously, Kerry's has been.

I wasn't wild about Cheney's speech because I thought his delivery was a bit stiff. I thought Zell Miller was great...sort of wish he was in the running. I think his critique of Kerry's record was incredibly effective.

I am not a huge fan of Cheney. He is definitely not a *plus* for Bush's re-election bid.

But I knew he was going to bash the hell out of Kerry in his speech... which is why I tuned in.

I can't believe they handed out flip-flops to everyone at the Garden last night. That was hilarious.
