I thought since I have a small BP, I might want them all to say something.

MOH and BM and we may say something with a toast in beginning or towards end
if bridal party is small why not have all say somehting

I would hope the BM that set us up would speak... I went back and forth over whether I was going to have two MOHs, but she and I have grown apart in the past two years... so I figured BM would be more appropriate. Her husband is also a GM - in fact FH and I were partners in their wedding and it was through planning their wedding stuff that we met

just MOH and BM. Sometimes when people are nervous they ramble and then you and all your guests are listening to something that doesn't really make any sense. Only ask people who are comfortable with public speaking.

obviously I know you guys wouldn't pick bad public speakers- I was at a wedding though where there was a really bad speech given. LIke by far the longest, rambling speech ever given. Ever since I've just been very aware that this is not something i would want to deal with at my wedding.

I havent thought of my MOH doing a speech, hmmm gotta mention it to her, but we will definitely have the BM (FHs brother) toast us
