Who works at MEMORIAL SLOAN-KETTERING Cancer Center?
I have a job interview there tommorow and would just like some insight about the type of environment. Can you also please tell me what a 'session assistant' does and what you think of the job? -Thanks.

My DH worked there for 2 years and LOVED it. Hes a Radiation Therapist. He got offered a job at Winthrop w/ the same pay so he took that so he didn't have to travel. He liked Sloan better though. Good luck!

Hey thanks for the info. I have a friend who works in surgery and she absolutely loves it. I was just trying to get some insight from others. I'm so nervous right now. I have the appointment later on this afternoon.

I work there. A Session Asst. basically works in the clinics (where patient's have there Dr. Appts.) They check the patient's in and schedule future appts. It's a great place to work and very rewarding. Good luck on your interview!!!
