I need a roll of shiny new pennies. Will the bank sell me brand new ones? I got scratch off lottos & putting them in vellum envelopes with a shiny new penny. 'Lucky in Love' stickers on them.
Isn't that cute....everyone will get a scratch off.

I do. it depends on the bank, some branches get so much pennies in there is no need to order pennies from the fed. reserve. but if they do order they may receive new ones. Go to your bank and ask if they have new ones. Hopefully they do. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful .

if you can't get shinny new ones...just put pennies in a bowl of vinegar and salt for 5-10 minutes and it will shine them up like new!

09 er crashing. I used to work for a bank. Sometimes they get in new coins, you just have to ask the tellers if they have any in. Depending on when you need them, sometimes the tellers will be nice and take your info down and call you if they happen to get new coins in. I used to do it for the old folks who wanted new money and an OCD woman who only would take new clean money.
