I didn't use template! But here's the deal....u can very easily Type it up in Microsoft word...I used the three column layout....i did a layered program so i just made sure that each layer was atleast a 1/4 - 1/2 lower than the previous(just use the margin measurements along the side) Once i printed out the pages, I just used a paper cutter(the paper cutter is KEY if u're going for the layered look)....Getting the first one absolutely right took a little while, but once u figure it out, just write down the measurements, & the rest is a peace of cake. Just cut the rest as u did the first one, and use heavy duty double sided tape to keep them together. I got my cardstock from michaels(SO many colors and super cheap...plus i got 3 programs out of each sheet) & i just hotglued the applicees at the top....good luck! hope this made sense lol here's a pic....although tedious, they were actually a lot easier than i thought! Plus once i cut all the paper that needed to be cut, i had my mom & MOH help me...we had all of them done within a few hours.
