WHo would like to keep a log of how they are doing

You could also log how you are feeling and how your progress is coming along. I would love to hear about everyone's quest for a better body.

This year I have made a commitment to myself to stop slacking so much on my workout routine.

Everyone could create a thread on here to log their daily workouts and their meals instead of it being one big thread. What do you all think??

Shamma - I love that idea!!!! Each person have their own thread - karen32's progress - or something like that. we can post our progress, and people can respond if they like.
