Trying to compile my shower guest list... which is already more than I'm supposed to have..but I'm allowing myself 10 over what I'm supposed to have b/c I figure at least 10 people won't come!

Who should I invite:
-girl who I've known for a couple of years, see her maybe 3x-4x a year, who did something super sketchy like a month ago
-girl who I've known for a few months,we're work friends but hung out outside of work once, she's awesome & non sketchy
I want to invite girl #2, but I feel obligated to the first one since I've known her longer

i don't think she would be (or should have cause to be) b/c the sketchy incident involved her not inviting me to a sort of major event
