Whoah hair and make up!

How many trials has everyone done? How am I supposed to find someone I like with out going broke on trials alone?

I made my first appt. Im wondering the same thing actually. There are 3 more people that I was referred to but your right!!! Im going to go broke!!!!

I hope someone has some good advise!!!!!

I only had 1 trial and LOVED it so booked right then. I might go for a 2nd trial before the wedding bc i want to try a different look for my eyes but not sure...the 2nd trial would be just to do a different look bc i booked hair and make up already.

hopefully you'll love your first trial and won't have to do more

I kept looking around online at other girls pictures until I found someone's style that I liked continuously. I scheduled a trial with her, and if it goes well I won't have to have anymore.

I don't know if that helps or not

Im going for my first trial Monday. If I like the way both hair and makeup come out then theres no need to go any further and drive myself crazy. If I dont like it, then obviously I will have to search around.

I did 2 make-up trials. I don't know if I can afford to do anymore lol

I booked both my hair and make up on one trial....I would bring pics/ ideas with you and really give it some thought how you'd like your hair/makeup before you go. And, if you go to someone with a good reputation they should be able to make their magic work! Good luck

YES!!!! great advice. I had a trial with vendors that i kept seeing other girls on here using and LOVED their work each time. This definitely helped alot, otherwise i'd be going on many trials.

booked both on the 1st trial, had second thoughts, had hair and makeup with diff ppl, booked another makeup person, now i dont know what to do! i think i wanna keep the originals but hae a new trial UGH

Yeah, thanks ladies. I'm not sure if I want up or half up/down and I was inbetween two or three artists. So I guess I'll figure something out.

Well I have a trial with Mia from BL next friday. I figured might was well get some bang for my buck because I have a banquet to go to with my graduating class. So I'll have gorgeous hair and make up that night and hopefully I can get a nice picture of FH and I for STDs. Talk about multi tasking!! I really need to get those announcements out too!

i'm soo worried about this too. I already had 1 hair and make up trial each, but wasn't loving either. so i made another appointment for hair & make up and am really crossing my fingers that I like how it turns out, because I just don't know if I'll be able to afford another trial!
