This sounds excellent. I tried to find the recipe but couldn't. What kind of dressing was on it? Please post the recipe when you find it. thanks.

here it is:
1 cup cooked whole wheat bowtie pasta 1 1/2 cups canned stewed tomato 1 tsp. corn starch 3 oz. pre-cooked grilled chicken breast, diced or 3 oz. soy crumbles 2 Tbsp. feta cheese 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1 1/2 tsp. olive oil 5 sliced green olives 5 sliced black olives
In teflon coated pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until golden. Add tomatoes. Stir in corn starch and simmer until thickened. Add chicken (or soy) and olives. Simmer until well heated. Stir in cooked pasta to warm through. Sprinkle feta on top just before serving.

Sounds delicious. Where do you get the whole wheat pasta? A health food store?

Sue...actually I used regular pasta..I was in a hurry! But I have seen the whole wheat in the supermarket and I am sure it would be at a health store.
