whole wheat cookies
OK...so I'm on a big natural whole wheat kick...
1 cup splenda (or sugar...but I have been loving splenda lately)
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t nutmeg (I used cinnamon, b/c I didn't have nutmeg)
1/2 c butter - softened
2 T milk
1 t vanilla
1 egg
cream all of above
2 cups flour (I used 1/3 of cup soy flour and 1 cup whole wheat...and it got dry so I didn't add anymore)
roll into ball dip into cinnamon sugar mix (makes 20)
375 oven for 5-8 min
they are so good and 75 cals each...
