Wholesale Wedding Items in NYC

So ive heard that there is a place maybe even a whole block of stores scattered in NYC that sell wholesale wedding items....like favors etc..

does anyone know where?

better yet, if it exists, would anyone like to take a day out and go to the city look around and then do lunch? i would like to do this when the weather gets warmer....maybe next month? just not sure where these places are LOL

thanks for your help ladies!!
