I don't know if you're willing to go to the city but i bought large square vases in the wholesale district in manhattan. The place was called B&J wholesale supply and i bought 12 large square vases for $85. Its on the corner of 28th street and 6th avenue

I actually bought all my vases at Walmart. I got small/medium size hurricane vases for $1.20 each. That was great because I needed 20 of them. I cleared off the shelf. hahah
