Turns out the sellers attorney knew they were looking at another house so assumed they werent ready to move out yet BUT we had the realtor call them and they are already moved out and stuff and had no intentions of making us wait on them!!!!
So our laeyer just set everything up and now I just have to wait till thrusday!!!! WHOOP WHOOP
SOOOOO next thursday at 3pm we will be HOMEOWNERS!!!!
