Emmas 28 months... 5 months over the 'high risk' kids. Which means she is low on the list to get one. What a crock of crap that is!!!
Alyssa got it last week. The dr said the other part she'll get next month if they have any left. She is 7 months.
None of us are getting it. At 5 months, my son was considered too young. Next visit in November he'll be 6 months, but I doubt he'll get it done. We're not overly concerned, we will just take special precautions this winter.
Caiden got his last week at his 9 month appt.
Emily is too young, but the ped told me and my hubby to get one. We are considered 'priority' people, just like the Elderly. However, my dr. doesn't have them, I will have to stand in line to MAYBE get one. GRRR.
My 19 month old is getting the first of the 2 shots today. They will have plenty within th enext month. Most of the shots were not expected in until late October, so there is a batch still out there waiting for delivery. It's scary, but hopefully the strain won't be as bad as thiey think
