I went to the beach yesterday, today is going to be almost 100, whoever goes to the beach protect yourself to the fullest, its going to be blazing!!!!!!!!! Today I am stuck in the office, with AC!!!!!lol

YEAH im working too but i can't take the beach when its this hot, well i normally can't lol but i dont do well in this head. I get sick and even fainted in a train station before, i have to be careful...i think its bc of my low blood pressure-or at least what i was told lol

Really you have low blood-pressure, yeah you have got to be careful and this heat makes it 10x worse. I drink coffee alot so that makes me dizzy in the heat. I never protected myself before but this year I am alittle more careful. I put on spf 15, I got color but didnt burn, when last year I put on no spf and suffered. I went to the beach yesterday and it was nice and breezy but today its going to be really really HOT!!!!!!!!!! I dont mind being indoors today

yeah the heat effects me alot bc of it. Yeah i used to be bad years ago, using just oil even with no spf and i learned my lesson lol. Then i stayed away completely from the sun for a while and then 2 years ago went back to the beach but not often. Ive been going tanning and im getting dark lol...and even in there for 15 mins i sit there like AHHHH when is this thing gonna be over lol.

but be careful drinking coffee in the heat, i guess drink it only indoors in the AC

that happened to me once, and it was on my face...two huge water blisters on each cheek

as if I have a black and blue.

yeah def take good care of it...And yeah it S*cked having that on my face, i didnt even want to leave my house...my friends convinced me to go to the mall and it was after they popped so it was red sore skin and everyone looked at me like i was a freak and i couldn't wait to get back home.

you can bc what they will give you will probably be best to treat it...dont freak out though sorry didn't mean to do that...only thing with me is that it looked awful and it was on my face and i didnt even want to leave my house lol, but nothing bad happened bc of it.

sorry, it was more gross than anything ya know and at least on your arm you can cover it up so don't feel bad. That area will probably get real tight...Another time 2 summers ago actually i burned myself so badly that i couldn't walk for a week and i mean i couldn't even sit up on the couch bc my legs would hurt...in order to even get up and take a shower i would put milk on my legs and its the only thing that helped out and after doing that i would have about an hour to actually get out of bed and shower quickly before it tightened up again

I went yesterday and it took us 45 minutes from my house mind you that I get on the exit RIGHT BEFORE the robert moses bridge!!!! It usually takes us 5-10 minutes to get to the beach UGH!

Im the same way.. I burn badly..but honestly I didnt think I would burn yesterday .. I usually burn the first time in the summer and then it browns out....this is my third time in the sun...the sun is just that bad...

im off from work for like 2 weeks but i refuse to put on a bathing suit until i lose weight.

i passed up going to a pool club with FH bc of it. i kno its pathetic..but i cant bring myself to do it.
instead ill sweat my *** off n the gym.

i'm at work but i refuse to complain bc it is like 40 degrees in here so at least i am not all hot and sweaty!

seriously - i have a sweater on and i think i am going to bring socks to wear tomorrow bc my feet are frozen!
