Who's holding your rice (or other throwing object)?

Sooo I bought the nice rice hearts for people to throw and cute organza bags to put them in. But I dont know what to put them in... a basket? Who's gonna hold the basket? My flower girl will be 18 months, she cant hold a basket of rice. I dont really want my BM holding a basket of rice. Are there any alternatives that im not thinking of?

My mother's boyfriend gave them to BIL to hand out.

When my uncle got married, his BP ws already 20 people large, so he asked 2 more of his neices, me and my cousin, to hand out the ric ILO being int he bridal party.

Just assign it to a couple of guests you know are coming to the ceremony, they'll be happy to help.

We're not having anything thrown. However, I'm asking close friends of mine not in the BP to hand out programs maybe you could do the same with your rice?

My DOC and her asst are holding ours.. otherwise I'd ask one of my teenage cousins.

my DOC had a basket for the programs and the petal cones. So she distributed them.

we had the petalcones in a basket and the BMs gave them out after the ceremony as everyone went outside

I think I'm going to have the banquet manager put them on each person's chair before the ceremony. Ceremony is at RH.
