My mom asked me for a list of addresses for my bridal shower. FH has a lot of OOT family who I know won't come and I don't know if I should even bother sending them an invite. Who is usually invited to the shower?

I guess it depends how large you want it to be. FH and I are inviting over 300 guests to the wedding. In order to keep the shower from becoming a crazy circus of women , I only invited a handful of family memebers and all of my BM''s. I then gave the list to my FMIL and she invited about the same amt of people. Its not necessary to invite everyone from your wedding.

It's a personal choice. I was told by a few people you have to invite every single women, which I was 100% not doing. I invited family, close friends of mine, close friends of the family and some co-workers.
