Who's made CD's for the tables?

We are planning to make CD's (blank) to put on the tables for our guests to take home so they can download their pictures and mail them back to us. Anyone else doing this?

If so, how did you word it?

We're planning on doing it too! And I think Im just going to steal the wording from DNichols post on this...

Hmmmm, I wonder how many per table we should have?

I was going to do maybe 1/2 of the amount of seats... So if we have 12/table we'll put 6 out. So basically 1/couple.... idk if thats a good idea or not..

We are having 8 per table, so I think we'll do 4. That's a great idea! I can't wait to see what type of pictures we'll get back!

We did them!! We made 50 for the wedding, less than half. I was going to do it all myself but then at AC Moore I found a kit for $20 bucks, it made 50.

I was inspired by 'GabrielleandJohn' so I'm actually printing out the cd's today (when everyone goes out to lunch )

I think it's a great idea !! I saw someone else doing business cards on the table...that's another great idea & it's probably even cheaper !

I've always thought this was a great idea - but I wonder how many people will actually send back the pics

If I do it, I'll probably only do 2 or 3 per table (each table will have 10 people).

I'm only doing 4 per table for that same reason....hoping only the people that will actually do it will take them !

MY BM suggested we do that, but we also had our wedding camera's, so we chose that instead. It went over well, because my mom collected all the cameras at the end of the night and several people who took it home developed them for us & made copies. It still worked out great anyway! and if all else...I have my family pix and my proofs from the photographer!

But thats is a great idea! I hope people will take the time and send it back!

We had originally created cds with our favorite songs but we had a huge issue with that and they weren't at the hall like they were supposed to be!

you can even buy a label kit anywhere....target has them for cheaper....
fellowes , is the brand, i believe, they have glossy & matt paper. it'll take up alot of ink tho....

i did this... and all the CDs were taken (I left otu a basket at the placecard table... did this since most of the younger people have digital cameras and that would be more than 1 CD per table and the older people tables might not take any at all)


but I only got 3 back....
