my mom and fh have their issues, but its because they are both super stubborn. I just try to be a buffer and ask Fh try his best to take my mom for who she is... and ask her the same

i dont particularly get along with HIS family- does that count??? we are civil and i take lots of deep breaths when im around them and drink lots of wine before and/or after i have to see them. that is how i deal

but my parents love FH and he loves them, so i can't relate on that level!

I have had a lot of drama lately with FIL's... apparently they both hate me and are threatening FH with all this horrible stuff.

My dad can be a manipulative person who causes trouble when there isn't anything wrong to begin with and FH HATES him when he does stuff like that. There have been times when I thought FH would leave me cause of my dad

The more Im around them the more I wanna go far far away from them!
I love his GPA, AUNT & 2 cousins but his mom, step dad & sis....not so much

my parents get along with him because they were more parents to him than his own. fmil starts with me all the time. after being nice to her at my bridal shower she had her husband call up my dad to tell him how he doesnt like how i treat her. please Im a adult and I was being respectful to her. shes got problems. the womans on marriage #6

my parrents love him, but are soooo critical about everything he does. It doesn't matter if he does the sweetest thing, my parents find something to complain about...it's so annoying and it makes me so sad. I just keep telling my parents not to tell me things anymore.

Luckily, I don't have too many issues in this dept. My parents and FH get along - that is not to say there are never any issues. Fh's parents and I have a great relationship also.
