My parents are essentially paying for the whole thing. I'm their only daughter and my grandmother left money for them to pay for it before she died.

we are lucky in that along with ourselves....both sets of parents are helping us quite a bit

its a combined effort...

my parents-hall, band, dress/alterations, invites...
his parents-flowers, photography, videography
us-favors, hair/makeup, honeymoon

both of us are paying for the wedding but my mom is helping out with little things here and there.

FH parents are putting 20k and mine are putting 20k, FH and I 10k, but it's not enough.. so our parents might put another 10...sooo over budget

mostly me - FH just finished school so he has no $. i am actually impressed that i was able to save as much as i did!

My part time waitressing job!!! No joke, I have been saving like an animal the last 7 months and paid for it all myself!!!

Thank God our parents are helping us b/c FH's family is so huge. And we'll just pay the difference. Hoping we'll break even w/ gifts.

Its a combined effort.

My parents are paying for the RH, my dress and some small other things.

FH's parents gave us a certain amount of money that we split - 3/4 went to the house and 1/4 for wedding - should cover the band and flowers. They are also paying for the RD.

We are covering the rest.

I'd say we're paying for about half ourselves and the other half my parents.

I love my parents they've been such a tremendous help, we couldn't have done it without them.
