I've been going back and forth with this. My hair has never been as long as it is right now (I have been growing it out for the wedding). I do like it this length but a part of me wants to chop it all off after the wedding! I want to do like a shoulder length look like this:
I do like this too but I'm not sure if I would have the guts to cut it this short:
I bought this up to FH and he likes my hair long, but it's so annoying to maintain everyday!
Any other girls planning on chopping it all off?

Me!! I've had short hair for a few years now and I LOVE it, but I'm growing it out for the wedding. I already think its so annoying. Chopping it off after the honeymoon!

YES! I was thinking about doing it before the honeymoon even, but it depends on whether or not I have enough length by then to do locks of love. I've already done it twice

I chopped my hair off about two years ago. It was very ballsy and I loved it for awhile, but couldn't wait to have my hair long again!!! In conclusion, I will probably not be chopping my hair any time soon.

I used to get bobs all the time but after college I haven't had it shorter than shoulder length and now of course I'm growing it out. :) I definitely want to do a wife chop after the wedding!! Don't know if I'll actually go through with it though since FH has never seen my hair that short, he doesn't think he'll like it! lol

I can NOT wait to cut this mane off! I have really thick, wavy, frizzy hair and it is just awful to deal with. Luckily, I have to wear my hair up at work, so I don't have to worry about styling it unless I am going out, but even then it is a pain in my butt. I love that second cut you posted Jessie, its funky and fun!

not for a while. i chopped my hair off about a year and a half ago and it was such a pain growing it out. i love long hair and being able to curl it.

I am actually doing a pre-wedding chop too, on Saturday. My hair grows like a weed (seriously, I started growing out bangs in August and now they are nearly shoulder length - I am like one of those dolls where you pull their arm and their hair grows). I cut it shorter in November and now it's obnoxiously long again. I am going to cut it a few inches below shoulder length, I think, on Saturday, and it will grow back in no time flat. I've never had short hair, ever, but I think having my long hair, especially because I have so much hair, makes me look younger and get taken less seriously.
I wish I had time between the wedding and the honeymoon to cut it, since we are going to hawaii/french polynesia, but we are getting married Sunday night and leaving way early Tuesday morning.

I am!! I chopped 13 inches off 2 years ago and it was all the way up to my ear! I hated it the first few hours then I loved it!! I have naturally wavy hair so I'd just straighten the bangs and let the back go crazy. It looked great and got soooo many compliments! This pic is from this time 2 years ago!
I did this all backwards! I thought we were going to have a longer engagement than we are, so 2 weeks after we got engaged, I cut off all my hair and donated it to Locks of Love - my hair was down to my belly button! I cut off 14 inches ... and now it can't grow back fast enough for the wedding!

Tooo funny. I have been talking about this for the past few months. I haven't had short hair for over 8 years and I have been growing it out for the last four years. I love my hair short, but because I have thick curly hair, it was so difficult to mantain. Now that I have discovered the Brazilian hair straightening, I can easily blow out my hair and I can't wait to have short hair again.
