Who's suppose to pay for the RB and FG!!
Are you suppose to pay for the tux for the ring bearer and the dress for the flower girl or are their parents suppose to?

I always figured the parents do; but I have been wondering about it lately as well.

The parents do. It is a nice gesture to offer to help, or to pay for it yourself, but it is not required.
My FG's dress is being made by her grandmother.

With any wedding I've ever been involved in the parents have paid for their children.
