Who's watching Idol?

What do you think? So far I'm not thrilled.

Me neither. And if Fantasia & La Toya are supposed to be the best of the bunch, I can't wait to plug my ears for the rest of them!!

George was awful.

Do you think they'll boo John Stevens?

They are all so horrible! I never realized how hard these songs were to sing!

Re: Who's watching Idol?

I think Fantasia and George picked bad weeks to be off. As bad as John was/is, I still don't think he's getting kicked out.

I agree, but I don't think it was what she was wearing but rather what she wasn't. Control top panty hose!!!! They would have made a world of difference!

Diana was the BEST!!!!

I'm glad Simon said some good things about Johns character. As much as some of you don't like him. He is taken a beaten by everybody!!

Yes, JPL & Matt Rodgers were both in the audience.

Tracy, I totally feel the same way about John. He is somebody's son and I was so happy that Simon acknowledged how he had a stiff upper lip.

Re: Who's watching Idol?

I agree with you about John. For being so young and being such a good sport with everything, I give him a lot of credit. His parents should be proud of raising such a respectful son.

Now, as I have nothing against his personality or character, I think he is a horrible singer, at least as a solo singer. I cant' really imagine this kid holding concerts on his own or anthing like that. This is a talent contest. I hope the voting reflects that this week.

ETA: This may be my week to be way off, but I didn't think George was that bad. It was definitely not his type of music, but I liked his energy and performance. He just seems like he's having such a blast everytime!

Re: Who's watching Idol?

I just nearly choked on my dinner! I saw the Hobbit, oh, I mean John Peter Lewis (I'm kidding, I'm not really this *itchy) in the audience. It was so funny!!!! He was just standing there gazing into the camera. He looked like he wasn't even enjoying the show, or paying attention for that matter.

Okay, Nancy.....OUT!
