They all look the same when they are done, though. It's like the melt them down, pour them into a mold and Voila! a Swan.

And I feel terrible for that girl Gina. Her husband is an @sshole and I hope she finds the strength to leave him now. I wasn't watching closely, though, did she get cochlear(sp) implants?

I can't believe all the extra skin that woman had!! Thats a lot of skin!! But she looks great now!!
ETA- Her face looks a little weird though!!
