Who's writing their own vows?

Anyone feel like sharing? I think we are, and I'm nervous as hell - although we're both writers, so really, what's my problem? I don't know, I'm just such a private person in terms of my relationship and now I have to say stuff in front of people about my boo - AHHH!

Of course, I really want to do this too.

We are not using the traditional but rather to include our daughter

I promise to honour & respect you,
and to provide for you to the best of my ability.

I promise to make our home a haven,
where trust, love, and laughter are abundant.

I make these promises lovingly, and freely,
and vow to honour them all the days of my life.

I wrote my own and i love them. Here they are:

Jay, today i join my life with yours not merely as your wife but as your friend, lover and your confidant. From this day foward i promise to be a shoulder to lean on, and ear to listen and a heart to love you unconditionaly forever and always. I promise to be true to you, respect you and grow old with you. I pledge before our friends and family to yours today, tomorrow and always.

Today I join my life to yours Jonathan, from this day on, I will be your partner and companion for you are my dearest love and my best friend. I pledge that I will listen to you when you speak, encourage you in times of doubt, comfort you in times of sorrow, and be your refuge of strength in times of uncertainty. I will be faithful to you all of my days, will be honest with you always, and will cherish and adore you every moment of my life. This is my solemn vow.
