So I have to admit I waited forever to book my venue...now when I am ready to book I find out the manager I was dealing with is no longer there!!! EHHHHHHHHHHHHH SCREAMMMMMm Now I can't sleep..so much anxiety..I hope they honor everything we spoke about
Aww that sucks! Did the previous manager write up paper work for what you already discussed? If so, then I don't see why you still wouldn't get what you already discussed. Even if there is no paper yet, everyone should hopefully be on the same page their.. new or not. Hope it all works out. What RH is this?
She did have paperwork on us but I do not know what she wrote down and what she didn't. Grr... my first stressful wedding situation.
Aww.. try not to stress. You never know, everything will prob be just fine. Set up another meeting with the new manager asap. Look over the paper work to see what was on there. If anything isn't on there that the previous manager said would be included let them know. If they give you problems then say you will be willing to walk away if they don't honor what previous manager said was included. I'm sure they'll honor it if it means them losing your business. But perhaps you won't even need to take it that far. Just try not to stress until you know for sure. I know easier said than done though..
Maryann? If you need to speak with her, she still works for lovin oven. She got a promotion and was moved to their location down south. If sure you could call her to help if you needed to. The new person is Kerri. She's really nice and very responsive.
Oh man....You know what the same thing happened to me ..we want to westbury and spoke with someone and fell in love and when we want to book it she was not there ( she has surgery) so we meet with someone else and everything that the other lady said we got...we both made sure of it ..LOL...and got some free things throwing in there ...but i would say something ...b/c you never know..Good luck!
Thanks ladies..I think I am overeacting but I am stressed out about it. I can't wait to go down and speak to them and calm my nerves.
don't worry until there is something to worry about!! go down and sit with the new manager.. tell him/her EVERYTHING that was offered and be honest. I am sure they will do the best they can to work with u
I agree with the above--I would definitely just go down in person and see what's going on. I'm sure you won't be the only person in this situation & they should be understanding of that
