i kind of feel like a lot of it all looks the same and nothing is standing out so i understand ... i guess ill keep looking but thanks for the ideas.
try finding something that suits a style you like...or maybe your personality...mine is not what most people would choose but I am sooo in love with it....its kind of antique looking but there was something about it that made it click...keep looking..you'll click too
Fh's grandmother left us her's. Luckily I don't have to pick out anything.

I picked Wedgewood India. I chose that because of the style I go for- very antique like. Think of how you will decorate your home. If you like contemporary- pick solid white. If you like country- go with a plate that has a design on the edge- scalloped or something of that nature. If you like antique like- pick something with flowers or rich bold colors. IMO, china should reflect your style.

I'm having the same problem. Everything we look at is OK but not sooo amazing that I could look at it for the next 50 years!
