why am I starving?

I ate breakfast and already inhaled lunch and im still hungry.

Anyone have one of those days where you just can't stop?

I have those days...

Whenever I get stressed at work, I can do non-stop eating.

Like this morning, I came in early and thought great I can eat my breakfast in peace. NOPE!! our admin assistant was late, and of course all the bosses were freaking out because they needed to hand in some report and it needed updating. So they had me do it. Hello I am not an admin, I am a financial analyst. I had the boss over my shoulder asking are you done, are you done yet? I was like if you leave me alone, I would be. GRRRRR

When I finally got it done, I went to my desk and just tore into what I had brought....then I took out my cereal that I have for my afternoon snack and ate that, too.

i def have those days...and they seriously get in the way of trying to diet
